How to use:

Place the nozzle into one nostril holding the bottle in a vertical position.
hold the other nostril closed.
Press the spray head once breathing in at the same time.
Repeat in the other nostril.

*Active ingredient – Isotonic saline solution (0.9%) containing sodium chloride.
