One Nutrition D3-Max Spray

Vitamin D known as the sunshine vitamin is very important in the autumn and winter months when sunlight can become scarce and appears at a lower strength.

Adults take 1 to 6 (max) sprays daily. Children over 3 years to take 1 spray (max) daily. For enhanced absorption spray under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.
