I was looking for a new pharmacy that would be able to deliver or send our monthly family medicines, worth over €200. I came across
PharmacyAnseo.ie and Jessica from PharmacyAnseo.ie confirmed to me yesterday that they were able to do the monthly delivery for a charge of €6.00.
After asking our doctor to send the new prescriptions to the pharmacy, which was done today, I rang the pharmacy to ask if the prescriptions had been received. This was confirmed by the owner of PharmacyAnseo.ie who then informed me that it was not possible to deliver the prescriptions, even though it is clearly stated on the PharmacyAnseo.ie website.

This is totally confusing and I don't understand these falsifying advertisements of free prescription deliveries on their website and confirmation by staff.

It is not a problem if you cannot deliver. I'm just concerned that before I asked our doctor to send you our new prescriptions, I rang and spoke to your receptionist 'Jessica' to check that you could deliver, because I didn't want to rely on what you said on your website. Jessica confirmed that you do deliver.

You also say that you are unable to deliver due to courier and regulatory changes and that this is stated on your website.

In fact, as of now, your website at https://www.pharmacyanseo.ie/deliveries/ still promises delivery within Ireland.

I don't need a recommendation from you as I have a pharmacy, I just wanted a good pharmacy to deliver our monthly prescriptions.

During your phone call you complained about the way I was treating you. On the contrary, I am disturbed and perplexed for the above reasons and I don't think it is good manners to slam the phone down on me while I am talking and patiently explaining. I found it very rude indeed.

WOw!! This pharmacy is brilliant, I ordered my supplements *(which were the cheapest by 2euro after a comparison of all pharmacies) at 1pm on Wednesday and had them delivered to my door at 11am the next day - I am not based in Dublin but in Westmeath and had thought it would take longer to deliver, will be my pharmacy of choice from now on!!

Great service!
Order delivered within 24 hours. I accidentally selected click and collect so had to phone up to change it to delivery. Very nice ladies on the phone, very pleasant and helpful, excellent customer service. Prices are great too. Will definitely buy from here again.

I ordered from pharmacy Anseo for the first time yesterday and I couldn't be happier. My order arrived today (so fast) and they even threw in some little testers which I love. The prices are the best I've seen on any online pharmacy. I will definitely be using them regularly in the future.

Great pharmacy, affordable prices and staff always available to answer any questions. Prescriptions are very good value as there is no mark up, only dispensing fee.
Unlike many chemists around it is open for a couple of hours on a bank holiday if you are ever stuck.
Loads of gift ideas in store to choose from, so it's always difficult to leave with only what you went in for!
