Terms & Conditions

Those wishing to place an order on this website should be aged 18 years or over, agree to all terms and conditions listed on this website, and always ensure that the correct delivery / contact information is provided. The delivery may be subject to extra shipping fees if incorrect information is provided and delivery therefore is impossible.

Any information found on this website should never be used in place of advice by health professionals, as it is for guidance only.

All medicines we supply are sourced from an authorised manufacturer or an
authorised wholesaler. This is necessary to ensure the quality and safety of the medicines,
the security and integrity of the supply chain and reduce the risk of counterfeit medicines
entering the supply chain.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. If there is a price, promotion or stock issue online, we reserve the right to remove the product listing/promotion, offer an alternative, or change the order/price pending confirmation from the customer before dispatch. We will make you aware of the anomaly as soon as possible. No payment is taken until we confirm your order and charge your account. All products sent will have at least 3 months to expiry. 

In accordance with legislation, all records will be retained securely for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

    1. Every invoice for medicines obtained, which include:
      • the date of the transaction,
      • the name and quantity of the product obtained,
      • the name and address of our pharmacy.

 

    1. A record of each transaction involving the supply of a medicine to a purchaser, which includes:
      • the order for supply,
      • the date of the transaction,
      • the name and quantity of the product supplied,
      • the name and address of the person to whom the product was supplied

 

  1. A record to show that prior to supplying the product to the purchaser you have checked:
    • the purchaser is over 18 years old,
    • the purchaser is aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging,
    • the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment, having regard to any previous supply to that purchaser

     

    In addition to the records to be kept listed above, this pharmacy must also keep a record to show that prior to supply of the product our registered pharmacist has:
    • personally reviewed and authorised each order for supply.
    • fulfilled the requirement of Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 488 of 2008).
