Deliveries / Returns

There is free delivery on all online orders over €40 for addresses on the island of Ireland.

If your order is received before 1.30pm Monday-Thursday (excluding bank holidays), we will endeavour to have your order processed that day and delivered in 24 hours, with full track & trace and online proof of delivery.

Deliveries under €40 on the island of Ireland will be €5. Orders placed on a Friday before 1.30pm, will be Monday.

Unfortunately, deliveries to Britain are suspended for the foreseeable future, until our couriers resolve Brexit issues. We hope to have this sorted as soon as possible.

When resumed, deliveries to Britain will be free over €90. Anything below that, will be €9. All orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), will be dispatched that day and delivered in 48 hours, with full track & trace and online proof of delivery.

All prescription deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be free, and we will endeavour to have it delivered in 24 hours.

Unfortunately, with the current climate, our couriers cannot guarantee the 24-hour delivery service to Ireland or the 48-hour delivery service to Britain, so they may be delayed by at least 24 hours.

If you have a specific query about a delivery address outside of Ireland or Britain, please contact us using info@pharmacyanseo.ie and we will be able to send you a specific delivery quote.

All orders will be delivered by the courier. Couriers are responsible for the prompt delivery of your goods and will deliver to the time-frame as explained before. The courier representative may need to contact you to complete the delivery process. Please ensure that your contact and delivery details are correct when finalising your order.

If there are any unlikely delays to the order, we will as always endeavour to alert you as soon as possible.

Same Day Click and Collect

 If you wish to pick your order up in our Balrothery (North Dublin) branch, you can select ‘collect in-store’ in the cart under shipping details. Your order will be ready for collection as soon as you receive a confirmation email. Certain items (eg. fridge lines, delicate / large items, etc) will only be available for click and collection.

Delivery to Ireland (32 counties)

• €5 under €40

• Unfortunately, with CoVid-19 restrictions, the order may take 48 hours.

Delivery to Britain (Scotland, England, Wales) (Suspended until otherwise informed)

• Free over €90
• €9 under €90
• If order is placed before 1.30pm Monday-Thursday (excluding bank holidays), order will be dispatched that day for 48-hour delivery.
• Unfortunately, with CoVid-19 restrictions, the order may take 72 hours.
• Full track & trace and online proof of delivery.

Delivery elsewhere

Returns

• If an order is deemed defective, the issue must be reported within 12 hours of receipt of product. Please contact us with an image of the defective product on info@pharmacyanseo.ie or 01-8020753.

If a product is deemed defective, please contact us immediately. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery acceptance. The defective product must then be returned to the below address immediately and on inspection of the goods, new versions of the same products will be posted out or a refund will be processed.
We can accept goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be returned in a new, unused condition with the order invoice. You will be automatically refunded if your goods pass inspection when received. Items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.

An order can be cancelled up until it is dispatched. However, if dispatched, you can return the goods to us, and we will refund the goods (excludes delivery cost). To cancel an order, please call us immediately.
