Sona Kelp provides a rich source of natural iodine which contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy yielding metabolism, normal neurological function and the normal maintenance of skin. It also contributes to normal thyroid function and the production of thyroid hormones.

How to use
Adults: As a dietary supplement take TWO tablets daily, with the main meal of the day or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed when not in use. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
