Kara Ovulation Test

To take the test, the test dipstick which is coated with antibodies that react to the LH hormone is placed in a container of collected urine for 10-15 seconds. After 5 minutes the test dipstick is then evaluated for the appearance of lines, which indicate the level of LH in the urine.

If the LH surge is detected, the user can predict that ovulation will occur within the next 12-36 hours, making it a good time to try and conceive. By tracking the LH surge, women can better understand their menstrual cycles to increase their chances of getting pregnant or as a form of birth control
