DIRECTIONS FOR USE HOT USE

Eases sinus congestion and helps relieve head colds. To Use: Place the mask in a microwave for 10 seconds (800W) or in hot water for approximately 5 minutes. COLD USE Soothes tired and puffy eyes, and helps relieve fatigue and headaches. To Use: Place the mask in a refrigerator or freezer for approximately 30 minutes before use.
